Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 cup Greek Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Puree beans in food processor with prepared Greek Salad Dressing until smooth.
  • Spoon into serving dish. Garnish with coarsely ground Pepper.
  • Serve with your favourite mix veggies or pita chips.
