Mamma Mia, that’s a lotta meatballs! Make entertaining easy on yourself and serve this big batch of meatballs as a protein-rich appy at your next gathering—and don’t forget prepared Marinara Sauce for dipping! This delicious blend of Epicure mixes is certified delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 lbs (1.8 Kg) lean ground beef or a combination of beef and pork
- 2 pkgs Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, or 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
- 2 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. To prevent sticking, moisten hands with water and form about 2 tbsp of mixture into evenly shaped meatballs.
- Arrange meatballs about 1" apart on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 - 8 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350° F (175° C) and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked.
