To make crust, combine crushed maple cookies, 2 tbsp mix, and butter. Reserve 2 tbsp of the crust for crumble topping; set aside. Lightly brush the inside of a Rectangular Steamer with oil. Press in remaining crust mixture.
For filling, in a bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining mix, yogurt, and egg. Spoon over crust. Microwave on high, covered, 5–6 min.
Remove lid and let cool completely before removing from pan. Sprinkle reserved crumble on top.
