Mango Curry Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed unsalted nuts, such as whole almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pecans
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 12 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).
  • Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • In a large bowl, toss nuts with oil, Mango Curry Dip Mix, and sugar until evenly mixed. Spread out on Liner.
  • Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted and aromatic, 12–15 minutes.
  • Cool, then turn into a bowl and stir in cranberries. Store mix in an air-tight container at room temperature up to 5 days.
