Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Your fave bag of potato chips doesn’t belong at the dinner table, so serve up the next best thing: mashed potatoes loaded with the bold ‘n tangy taste of all-dressed chips! To save time and incorporate more fibre into your diet, skip peeling the potatoes—it’ll still be delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp All-Dressed Fries Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning

Preparation

  • Peel potatoes; cut into 1" cubes. Place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 12–14 min ,or until potatoes are soft.
  • Meanwhile, chop green onions.
  • Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with cheese, milk, butter, and seasoning to desired consistency. Fold in green onions. Add topper, if desired.
