Little Italy Presto Bruschetta

Fresh and bursting with flavour, this recipe will be made time and time again!

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French baguette, or gluten-free bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup prepared Little Italy Sauce
  • parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Lay baguette slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner and lightly brush baguette slices with olive oil using a basting brush. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
  • Combine Little Italy Sauce, tomatoes, and Black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with parmesan and place back under broiler for approximately 1–2 more minutes and serve.
