Lime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Italian Seasoning
  • 14 cup oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
  • Marinate chicken in lime mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Place chicken in frying pan and cook 15–20 minutes, basting with pan juices during cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
  • Marinate chicken in lime mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Grill for 4 minutes each side.
