Lemony Whipped Feta

Warning: this is addictive! Thick ‘n luscious Greek yogurt provides a smooth and creamy base for the feta. Dish up with pita wedges (or chips), use as a spread for sandwiches, or to add to a mezze platter with fresh veggies for dipping. Double the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) feta, drained
  • 14 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Crumble feta into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add yogurt and dip mix.
  • Blend until very smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with 1–3 tbsp milk or water. Taste and add pepper, if desired.
  • Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Serve with toppings, if desired.

Tips
