Slash calories in a traditional spritzer by cutting the wine in half and topping up with flavourful Kyoto cherry rose-infused soda water instead.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soda water
  • 13 cup Kyoto cherry rose tea
  • 1 cup red or white wine
  • cherries or berry skewers, optional

Preparation

  • Gently stir soda with Kyoto cherry rose tea. Refrigerate and let steep, 6–8 minutes, then strain.
  • Pour wine into glasses, then top with tea-infused soda.
  • Garnish with fresh cherries or small berry skewers, if you wish.
