Jamaican Jive Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

Preparation

  • Combine Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add pork and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Grill pork over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Top with green onions.
