Italian-style Chicken Breasts

Packed with protein, this recipe goes with pasta, rice, or you can even add it to a crusty bun for burger night!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 12 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175ºC).
  • Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable oil.
  • Cook chicken breasts over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk tomato sauce with Pesto Herbs. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
