Italian-style Chicken Breasts
Packed with protein, this recipe goes with pasta, rice, or you can even add it to a crusty bun for burger night!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
- 1⁄2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175ºC).
- Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Cook chicken breasts over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk tomato sauce with Pesto Herbs. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
