Italian Steamed Fish

Dinner doesn't get any easier than this!

Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchini, cut into ribbons
  • 2 small carrots, cut into ribbons
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb (450 g) white fish fillets
  • 12 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • In a Multipurpose Steamer, place zucchini and carrot. Season to taste.
  • Place fish on top of vegetables and drizzle with dressing.
  • Cover and microwave on high until fish is cooked through, 5–7 minutes.
