Indian Spiced Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Add wings, tossing to coat. Wings can be cooked immediately or marinated in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Arrange prepared wings on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings and cook for another 15 minutes. Broil wings for 3 minutes on each side, or until crisp and brown.
