Hot Black Bean Dip
A little spicy, very satisfying – and so simple. Kids love the melted cheese! Make it in the oven or the microwave.
Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz/540 g) black beans
- 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix or Poco Picante Salsa Mix
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2⁄3 cup cold water
- grated cheese, to taste
Preparation
- If baking, preheat oven to 350° F.
- In food processor, combine beans with dip mix, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth. Spoon into heat-proof serving dish. Top with grated cheese and heat in microwave or oven until bubbling.
