You could say these are the Hannah Montana® of cookies—the best of both worlds! You won’t want to miss the gorgeous marbling and harmonious flavours of these delish cookies. And, they’re guaranteed gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Smart Cookie Mix
  • 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1⁄4 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Using a stand mixer (with paddle attachment) or hand mixer, beat mix with butter, egg, and vanilla extract on low speed until well combined.
  • Transfer half of dough to another bowl; fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips to dough in existing bowl.
  • In other bowl with remaining half of dough, using a spatula or stand mixer, stir in cocoa powder until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Using a spoon or your hands, scoop 1 tbsp of each dough, then roll them together to make a ball. Repeat with remaining batter; you should have 12 balls. Arrange on pan 1" apart and lightly press down on them to flatten slightly.
  • Bake 12–15 min, or until lightly golden on the edges and set in the middle. Let cool on pan 5 min. Transfer cookies to Cooling Racks and cool completely.
