Grilled Smoky Bacon Mushroom & Pepper Skewers

Ingredients

  • 16 small button mushrooms, cleaned, and trimmed
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers, cut into chunky pieces
  • 2 tbsp Better Than Bacon Topper, divided
  • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 bamboo skewers, pre-soaked

Preparation

  • Place vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp Better Than Bacon Topper. Toss to mix evenly.
  • Alternately thread vegetables onto skewers.
  • Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until lightly charred, 8–10 minutes.
  • Place on a platter and finish with remaining Better Than Bacon Topper.
