Grilled Lamb Chops with Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 (4 oz/112 gr) lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup Red Pepper Jelly

Preparation

  • Brush lamb chops with oil. Sprinkle seasoning, Salt and Pepper on each side of chops and rub in.
  • Barbecue chops over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Using Grip & Grab, remove chops to a warm platter and cover to keep warm.
  • Heat Red Pepper Jelly in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring half-way through, until warm and melted. Spoon over grilled chops.
