Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning or Louisiana Seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Stir to evenly coat.
  • Place wings on grill, leaving space in between for even cooking. Cook with lid closed 3–5 min per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
