Grilled Fisherman’s Wharf Prawns with Paris Bistro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) prawns, shelled and deveined
  • Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt Blend Grinder
  • 1 recipe prepared Paris Bistro Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon wedges for serving, optional

Preparation

  • Using a basting brush, brush prawns with oil, then liberally grind with Fisherman’s Wharf and rub in.
  • Lightly oil grill and cook with barbecue lid closed, over medium heat, until cooked through, 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a dollop of Sauce.
