Grilled Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp Burger Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Honey Mustard or Sweet & Spicy Organic Mustard
  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) ground chicken or turkey
  • 14 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation

  • Using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk egg with water, then whisk in seasoning and mustard.
  • Crumble in chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix to combine. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties, or use a burger press.
  • Grill patties on the barbecue over medium-high heat with lid closed for 5 min. Flip and continue grilling for approximately 5 more min, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F.
