Grilled Chicken and Tzatziki Wraps

A Greek restaurant classic made easy at home!

Ingredients

  • 12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 14 cup Greek Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 8 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
  • 1 recipe prepared Dillicious Tzatziki, or Hummus
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 12 English cucumber
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Place tomato, onion and lettuce in a bowl and drizzle with Greek Dressing. Toss to mix. Set aside.
  • Season chicken with Souvlaki Seasoning and grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning often, until cooked through. Remove to a cutting board, then coarsely chop.
  • Spread pitas with tzatziki, then fill with chicken and marinated vegetables.
