Green Bean and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked green beans, chilled
  • 1 small onion, cut in half, then thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 12 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  • Place chilled green beans, onion, tomato and Feta cheese in serving bowl.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and mix gently. Serve at room temperature.
