Greek Omelet

Make healthy, fluffy omelets with less fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Greek Dressing Mix, Bruschetta Seasoning or Vegetable Seasoning
  • 14 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese

Preparation

  • Use a basting brush to lightly oil an Omelet Maker. Whisk eggs and milk until frothy, then pour into omelet maker.
  • Top with seasoning, spinach, and feta cheese.
  • Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
  • Loosen omelet with a spatula, slide onto a plate, and serve.
