Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 12 cup milk, your choice
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 14 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • In a mixing bowl, soak bread in milk. Add remaining ingredients, combining well by hand.
  • Form into 16 meatballs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
