Gluten-Free Bread

Easy gluten-free soda bread recipe made in 8 minutes. Freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Spinach Dip Mix

Preparation

  • Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk the next five ingredients.
  • Combine wet mixture with dry mixture to form a loose batter.
  • Pour batter into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer. Sprinkle top with Spinach Dip Mix.
  • Microwave, without lid, for 5–8 minutes or until there are no remaining gooey spots.
  • Remove from steamer and let cool before slicing.
