Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional mashed potatoes made with cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 23 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  • Boil potatoes Approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain in removable colander, and return to pot. Cover, and set aside.
  • Heat milk with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
  • Mash or whip potatoes until lump-free. Add milk mixture and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
