Frozen Yogurt Pie

A delicious, easy dessert that can be made ahead and frozen. Top with seasonal fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, 9"
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 orange, zested and finely chopped
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Bake pie crust for about 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature while making filling.
  • Beat cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in yogurt, orange zest and vanilla extract.
  • Pour filling into prepared pie shell. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
