Fiery Asian Shrimp

Spice up your next backyard barbecue or family get-together with this delicious crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze
  • 1 tsp Cinco Pepper Blend, optional
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 recipe prepared Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 14 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • crushed chilies, to taste

Preparation

  • Toss shrimp with oil, Teriyaki Dry Glaze and Cinco Pepper Blend, if desired. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  • Place shrimp in grill pan and grill, stirring with Grip & Grab and shaking pan often, until shrimp are cooked through and lightly charred, 10–12 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion.
  • Turn out onto a serving platter. Fill a mini baker with Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce for dipping.
