Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 red apple, diced, skin on
  • 1 green apple, diced, skin on
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts
  • 23 cup vegetable oil
  • 23 cup vinegar, your choice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Combine cabbage, onions and apples in large bowl.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients. Add to coleslaw, stirring to combine all ingredients. Sprinkle walnuts over top.
