Make the best of farmer’s market produce. Cook once, and enjoy for up to three days in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz (110 g) grilled chicken, or protein of your choice
  • 1 beet, steamed, cut in cubes
  • 12 cup radish, finely sliced
  • 1 cup carrot ribbons
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup baby kale or spinach
  • Better Than Bacon Topper or Savoury Granola, to taste
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 12 cups nuts, your choice
  • 14 cup flax, chia, or sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 large egg white, beaten, or 2 tbsp Tahini Sauce, optional
  • 14 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper, Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper

Preparation

  • Layer all items in order starting with the dressing, seal with the lid, grab a fork and napkin, and off you go!
