Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Falafel Mix
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Place contents of pouch in mixing bowl. Add hot water and lemon juice. Stir until combined. Let stand 10 min.
  • Preheat large fry pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan. Cook until golden brown (on both sides).
  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Brush a muffin pan with oil. Spoon batter onto prepared pan and bake for 10 min.
