Falafel Nourish Bowl
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup tahini paste
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
- 1⁄2 English cucumber
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 recipe prepared Falafels
- 1 pkg Falafel Mix
- 1⁄2 cup hot water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- For the sauce, purée tahini, water, lemon juice, and dip mix in a blender until smooth.
- Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, slice cucumber into thin ribbons.
- Divide cucumber ribbons, mixed greens, quinoa, cabbage and carrots between four bowls. Top each with three falafels. Drizzle with sauce.
