ECD Whipped Goat Cheese Celery Bites

Ingredients

  • 12 cup soft goat cheese, about 4 oz (120 g)
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 1 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 6 celery stalks, washed and trimmed

Preparation

  • In a small food processor, add cheese, milk, yogurt, and all three dip mixes. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Spoon or pipe into celery stalks. Cut into 2" pieces. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight.
