Easy Tomato Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 (10" x 10") pre-rolled sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 recipe prepared Paris Bistro Sauce, or sauce of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • On a Sheet Pan, lay out puff pastry. Cover with layers of sliced tomato and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry puffs up and browns at the edges.
  • Garnish with mixed greens and drizzle with sauce.
