Power Bowls are perfect for meal prep. This one is a great way to use up leftover Donair and then simply assemble with a cooked grain, sliced veggies, and a dressing! You’ll have enough bowls for lunches for the work week.

Prepare a large batch of quinoa in the Multipurpose Steamer. Combine 2 cups uncooked quinoa with 4 cups water or broth. Microwave on high, uncovered, 20–22 min, stirring halfway through.
