A light and refreshing Asian-inspired salad, made beautiful with elegant veggie spirals

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, cut into 3" long pieces
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 12 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper

Preparation

  • Turn the cucumbers into spirals by twisting in the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. Set aside.
  • Toss together celery, cabbage, and dressing. Gently combine with cucumber spirals.
  • Top generously with whole food sprinkle and serve immediately.
