Creamy Spinach Pasta Sauce

Creamy, rich, and delicious! This sauce is brimming with heart-healthy spinach so you can feel good about having a little more. Try on all of your favourite pastas, chicken, or fish dishes, or even as a base for soup!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth, or your choice, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/284g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Spinach Dip Mix
  • 12 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Bring broth to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 Cup. Stir in spinach and dip mix. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
  • Season with Black Pepper.
