Corn on the Cob with Chili Lime Butter

Sweet and savoury corn with a hint of smokiness and lime.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 12 tsp Chili Seasoning
  • 12 tsp Chili Lime Sansel
  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  • Cream together butter, Chili and Chili Lime Sansel in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Fill Multipurpose Pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Add corn and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  • While still warm, brush corn with prepared Chili Lime Butter and season with Salt. Serve immediately.
