Cocoa Crunch Goji Berry Bark Petites
Goji berries taste mildly tangy, like a cross between cranberries and cherries. Look for them at grocery or health food stores in the dried fruit section.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1⁄3 cup honey, melted
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup goji berries or sundried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pistachios, optional
- Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine first four ingredients.
- Stir in goji berries and pistachios, if desired. Divide by teaspoonful into a Perfect Petites. Top generously with whole food sprinkle.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes until solid.
- Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out chocolates.
