Citrus Marinated Olives

Add a citrus zing to a savoury favourite – perfect for tapas.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups brine-cured black olives
  • 1 12 cups brine-cured green olives
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 14 cup fresh orange juice
  • 14 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a sealed freezer bag. Shake to blend.
  • Refrigerate up to 3 days before serving. Serve at room temperature.
