Cinnamon Buttered Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed unsalted nuts, such as whole almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pecans
  • 14 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice or Churro Popcorn Seasoning

Preparation

  • Melt butter with cinnamon in a fry pan over medium heat.
  • Add mixed nuts to pan. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes until toasted and aromatic.
  • Cool and store mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
