Chocolate S’more Cheesecake Bites

This dessert is a nostalgic journey that combines the comforting taste of s’mores, with their toasted marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers, and infuses it with the velvety richness of chesesecake. It’s a bite into your sweetest childhood memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 13 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup dark Belgian chocolate, or milk Belgian chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

  • In a 9” x 13” baking dish, make cheesecake according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven, and evenly distribute marshmallows, Belgian chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs overtop.
  • Place back in oven until chocolate and marshmallows are partially melted, 1–2 more minutes,
  • Remove from oven, let cool completely, then cut into 2-bite squares.
