Chocolate Chia Energy Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups blanched almonds
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup dates
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 14 cup chia seeds
  • 14 cup flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice
  • 14 cup nut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  • Blend first seven ingredients in a food processor.
  • Melt nut butter and honey in microwave, drizzle over mixture in food processor.
  • Pulse mixture until all ingredients are blended.
  • Divide mixture evenly between sections in a Perfect Petites. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Flip petites onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out energy bars.
