Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 tsp Scarlet O tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

  • Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes, strain, and cool completely.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth, and chill before serving.
