Enjoy nutty chocolate bliss with every bite on International Chocolate Day!

Ingredients

  • 12 lb (225 g) butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 23 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly spray a 9” x 13” baking pan with vegetable oil.
  • Melt butter and chocolate together.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in flour and walnuts and pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
