CCB Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup spreadable low-fat cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp CCB Dip Mix, or your favourite dip mix
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, top and seeds removed

Preparation

  • Combine first three ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
  • Turn trimmed tomatoes upside down on paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible. Reserve tops, if desired.
  • Using a very small spoon, fill each cherry tomato with cream cheese mixture. Replace tomato top for a fun presentation.
