Ingredients

  • 8 thick slices focaccia or crusty Italian bread
  • 1 recipe prepared Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 slices bocconcini
  • Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

  • Spread bread slices with Pesto.
  • Top each with sliced tomatoes and bocconcini.
  • Sprinkle with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, if you wish.
