Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 2 12 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix, divided
  • 14 cup each 2% plain Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, optional
  • 1 large tomato
  • 12 small red onion
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 burger buns

Preparation

  • In a large fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine ground beef and 2 tbsp dressing mix. Form into four pucks (do not form patties).
  • Add pucks to pan, leaving enough room to smash them down. Work in batches, if necessary. Using a spatula, press down on each puck until they’re smashed and thinned out. Cook 3–4 min per side, or until the edges start to brown.
  • To make sauce, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and remaining 1⁄2 tbsp dressing mix. Finely chop garlic clove and whisk in, if using. Set aside.
  • Cut tomato into thick slices; slice onion into rings.
  • Spread sauce on top and bottom buns. Place patty on bottom bun; top with tomato, onion, and lettuce. Cover.
