Caesar Chicken Fingers

Perfect for kids – and ideal for dunking!

Ingredients

  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Panko crumbs or coarse, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb (450 g) large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 cup Caesar Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves, optional
  • 12 cup Marinara Dipping Sauce, for dipping, optional
  • 1 can (14 oz /398 ml) low-sodium crushed tomatoes
  • 1 12 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Combine first 2 ingredients in a shallow dish and set aside.
  • Coat chicken with prepared Dressing. Place in crumb mixture and press to coat both sides.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner, or on a crisper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Serve with Marinara Dipping Sauce, if desired.
