Butterfly Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 34 lb (340 g) farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 12 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 34 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 34 cup Pesto Sauce, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, toss with olive oil and cool to room temperature.
  • Place all ingredients in large serving bowl and gently toss to combine.
